About Us
Authentic Southern soul food recipes that have been passed down for generations.
Our Story
LaSha (pronounced “LaShay”) descends from generations who grew up on the farm, raised their own livestock, and picked their own greens. Her maternal grandmother, from West Helena, Arkansas, was passionate about creating ole-fashioned Southern recipes. At a lively 92 years old, her paternal grandmother lives in Mississippi and continues to pass down her original recipes.
Today, LaSha is on a mission to share these homestyle recipes for the world to enjoy. But this time, she’s serving her family’s authentic Southern soul food recipes with a twist: Cajun Creole seasoning.
